Yes, every order comes with tracking info sent by email after dispatch. Use it to monitor your parcel’s progress.

If you think your parcel is lost, contact us at hello@incloudsjournal.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate and help resolve the issue.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and contents.

We’re confident you’ll love our products, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return the items within 14 days of receiving them.

- The buyer must return the goods without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day they notified us of their decision to return the product
- The product must be undamaged, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received
- The return address is the same as the shipping address. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
- Please allow up to 14 working days for the amount to be credited back to your account
- Please remember that the buyer is responsible for covering return postage costs, and we recommend using a tracked shipping service for peace of mind
